Documents Required for Long Term Rental:

For Companies: Chamber of commerce company registration, Balance Sheet or Unique Irap, Administrator Documents (Identity Card and Tax Code).

For private individuals: Identity Card and Tax Code, Pay slip, Cud, Telephone Number, Iban.


To be able to rent a car or a commercial vehicle with the formula for Short Term Rental, you only need to have a driving license, valid on Italian territory, ID card, health card and a credit card for the Security deposit.

The circuits that are allowed:
American Express

Prepaid or rechargeable credit cards are not allowed.

Lessee Full Documentation:
ID document including driving license if the lessee and the driver are the same person.
In case the tenant is different from the driver, the driver's complete documentation, in addition to that of the tenant, is required.

The credit card is Mandatory and it is used as collateral on the car, from which a security deposit will be made, the sum of which depends on the car's choice at the time of the rental agreement

The credit card may be of the driver, the lessee or a third party present at the stipulation of the rental agreement.

The Short Term Rental Rate is calculated on the basis of the following parameters:

The category of vehicle chosen
Rental Period
The kilometers driven

The rental fee includes the estimated mileage for the rental days, 22% VAT, Rc Auto Insurance 24h / 24h assistance and 7 / 7days for damage and theft.

Not included in the Rate:
Fuel, excess kilometers, contraventions, tolls and any direct damage caused by the driver.
The vehicle is entrusted to the driver after checking together any damage already present and the fuel level.

It should be noted that the customer is required to return the vehicle with the same fuel level to avoid charging of fees.
The vehicle delivered by B-RENT is always clean but above all in excellent condition, equipped with all the necessary documents and equipment.

Corporate invoicing requires all corporate data, such as; Company name, lawyer's office, legal or administrative office, including telephone and e-mail addresses.
