The reservation shall be made at least 9 hours before the pick-up time. B-Night can only be booked online, so this service won’t be available on the spot. We suggest, if possible, to enter your flight number during the reservation process. In this way, in case of flight delay we’ll hold your hire car for an hour at no extra cost.
As soon as you arrive at the terminal exit area, one of our employees will escort you to pick-up your hire car. Where necessary, you can call our toll-free number 800 00 56 57. Don’t forget to bring your credit card (we do not accept debit or rechargeable cards), your driving license (written in Roman characters) and your identity card or passport.
You can return your hire car at any time of the day or night, just leaving it in the purpose-made parking lots framed and marked with the B-Rent logo. If you are returning your hire car during the day, you must deliver the keys to our responsible employee. However, if the vehicle is returned during the night, the keys must be left into the proper keybox. For more information, check our out of hours return.
