ZTL


The boundaries of the ZTL are well marked. In sectors A, B and O the restricted traffic zone is activated every day of the year. During the period from 1st Thursday of April to 1st of Sunday of October, the restricted traffic zone remains active in the sectors A, B and O (Monday-Wednesday 7.30 am – 8:00 pm, Thursday-Friday 7:30 am – 3:00 am, Saturday 7.30 am- 4.00 pm, 11.00 pm – 3:00 am) but is extended also to the sectors F and G (Thursday-Saturday 11:00 pm- 3:00 am).

Michelangelo square

Florence seen from Michelangelo Square is an amazing experience. The square, built in 1869 (when Florence was the capital of Italy) has bronze copies of some of Michelangelo works: The David and the four allegories of the Medici Chapel of San Lorenzo.

Villa Corsini a Castello

The Villa is located in Catello, near Florence. The Villa hosts sculptures from the Medici collection and down the walls of the courtyard Etruscan sarcophagi. Opening time are available on the website. Entrance is for free.
