We have finally opened at Cagliari-Elmes “Mario Mameli” Airport. From 12 April 2019, it will be possible to rent a car in Cagliari too.

The drop-off of the vehicle takes place at the airport parking lot. In case of a drop-off out of the opening hours, the keys must be returned in the keybox.

Skip the Line
Skip the line allows to sidestep the standard queue and join a preferential line. This option is available while booking online or directly inside the rental stations of: Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa, Milan Central Station, Olbia, Cagliari, Naples and Catania Airport. The client may easily switch to the dedicated fast track by taking the number designed for this service, and pay for it only once he reaches the desk. The rate charged for this service is 6,99€ during the Low season and 14,99€ in the High season.



In the City of Cagliari, there are five limited controlled traffic zones: the Marina one from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the Castello one from 12.00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.; the Stampace Alto one from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 3.30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the Stampace Basso one during weekdays from 07:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.; the Villanova one from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.. The cost of the access pass to all the limited controlled traffic zones (Poetto excluded) is 5,00 euros. Visit the Cagliari's City Council for further information.

Molentargius Saline Natural Park

From 1999, near Cagliari, it is possible to visit one of the most important natural park of Europe, an almost unique example of an unspoilt ecosystem, which is situated close to the high man activities zones, but keeps the habitat features ideal for many rare animal species unchanged, the Pink Flamingos among the others. Particularly exiting for the families, are educational activities related to the environment. It is possible to visit the Park from the 1st March to the 15th October, from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and from 16th October to 28th February, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m..
